Pool service in Garden Ridge, TX.

Garden Ridge is one of the most pool-dense communities in the area, and its defining feature is the trees. The established neighborhoods off FM 3009 and FM 2252 are shaded by big mature oaks and pecans that have grown over backyards for decades — beautiful for the home, demanding for the pool. They drop a relentless load of leaves, pollen, catkins, and acorns that clog skimmer baskets, sink to the floor, and push debris straight into the filter. Here, thorough skimming, netting, and vacuuming on every visit aren't optional, and we watch filter pressure closely so circulation never falls off.

That heavy organic load also eats sanitizer — decaying leaves and pollen consume chlorine and can tip a shaded pool toward algae fast if chemistry slips. Layer on the Hill Country's hard water leaving calcium at the tile line and the strong Texas UV between the canopy gaps, and Garden Ridge pools reward consistency. Our weekly discipline and after-every-visit photo report keep these tree-lined backyards clear instead of constantly fighting the leaf drop.
